The fuel tank is located under the rear seat cushion, left side and you should be able to access the fuel pump from the top. I replace it in the 2015 Fusion of my nephew last month, I think that the location was the same for the 2014 model year.

I found this video online, it shows how to replace the fuel pump in the 2013 Ford Explorer, Taurus, Flex, Fusion & Lincoln MKS, MKT, MKZ. The fuel tank is under the rear seat in all these vehicles, like in my nephew's 2015 Fusion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z8Ds0rpD-MU

Is there a relay switch located in the left front area of the car for the fuel pump? Or is everything in the fuel tank?

The 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium does not have access to the fuel tank or pump from inside the car. Literally ordered a pump, removed my backseat, and there is no access panel under there. The top answer on here says the guy replaced his 2015 Fusion pump in the same way as a 2014, which is not possible unless there is a different between the Titanium like mine and other models (SE etc). The gentleman with the top answer on this thread must have his nephews year wrong, because he definitely didn't do it from under the seat on a 2015 without cutting a section of the metal out with a grinder or something.

I have a 2015 SE, and same issue, no fuel pump access etc underneath rear seats. Looks like the only way to access it is by dropping the fuel tank from underneath. Like Brendan said, there is hardly any information out there about 2015 fusion models and fuel filter replacement etc.

The 2014 Ford Fusion SE does not have a fuel tank access under the seats. I wish people would stop saying that it does. Must be 2013. I have to drop my tank from under the car to access my fuel filter in my 2014 SE
