Bich Ngoc Nguyen, M.D. received her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School Of Medicine after receiving her bachelor of science in biological sciences where she graduated cum laude. She then completed her residency in family medicine at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida where she served as the residency recruitment chair and was a member of the Quality Improvement committee. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Nguyen specializes in broad-spectrum family medicine and sees patients of all ages. She has a particular interest in preventative care and women’s health. Dr. Nguyen offers a variety of in- office procedures, including cryotherapy, skin biopsies, joint injections and various gynecologic procedures. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
In her spare time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys cooking, traveling and spending quality time with her husband and family.

Dr. Fullerton earned his medical degree from the University of Florida. He completed his residency in family practice at Anderson Memorial Hospital in Anderson, South Carolina, and completed his residency in internal medicine at Emory University. Dr. Fullerton has been on staff with Piedmont Hospital since 1984 and served as the director of the hospitalist program from 1993--2007. In addition to practicing as a hospitalist, Dr. Fullerton was in a private internal medicine practice until 1996 when he joined Piedmont Physicians Group. An active member of the medical staff, Dr. Fullerton served as the chair of the Department of Medicine from 2000--2001 and served as the medical director for The Center for Rehabilitation Medicine at Piedmont Hospital.
