The Recipe

4 servings	5 minutes	45 minutes

Ingredients

Qty:	Item:
1 cup	heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp	natural peanut butter
1 tbsp	unsweetened cocoa powder
1-3 tbsp*	Lakanto or Swerve powder sweetener (*optional)
1 tsp	vanilla extract
¼ tsp	sea salt to top
1 tbsp	Optional: Whipped cream or chopped nuts to top (we use our Maple Candied Pecans)

Directions

1	Mix all ingredients in bowl and beat until stiff peaks form
2	Place in ziploc bag and freeze 40 minutes (until barely frozen)
3	Cut one corner of bag and squeeze into serving cups
