Where can I get Gunsen in Warframe? ›

Acquisition. The Gunsen's blueprint can be researched from the Tenno Lab in the dojo.

In terms of how to acquire them, Prime weapons and 'frames are constructed in the foundry just like regular weapons and 'frames. Their parts are acquired from un-cracking Void Relics in Void Fissure missions. The Void Relics themselves are obtained as end-of-mission rewards on certain missions throughout the game.

Saryn (and Saryn Prime) - Arguably, it is the only frame that has been consistently worthy of S-tier since its release. It has one of the best-scaling area DPS skills with spores and becomes among the most versatile gun-buffing frames with its Augment.

Gunsen Prime is currently the best "hack and slash" melee, with Kronen Prime as a runner-up (doesn't mean it is bad).

On next Prime release (which should be Xaku Prime around the Tennocon) the Revenant Prime, Phantasma Prime and Tatsu Prime will be vaulted.

Gunsen (軍扇) were folding fans used by the average warriors to cool themselves off. They were made of wood, bronze, brass or a similar metal for the inner spokes, and often used thin iron or other metals for the outer spokes or cover, making them lightweight but strong.

Hek is the best early-game weapon; Kuva Hek has great scaling and single-target burst DPS. There are few things in Warframe as satisfying as shooting an enemy with the Hek and watching them ragdoll backwards. This quad-barreled shotgun deals a high amount of damage considering its fairly low MR requirement.

Is Prime warframes worth getting? ›

Generally speaking, yes. Prime warframes are mostly only minor improvements over the normal version, but it's still an improvement. If you're going to invest in one, you may as well invest in the slightly better one.

To answer your question, hardest warframes to farm are Equinox, Harrow and Ivara, tho from them only Ivara is really newbie friendly while Equinox is newbie friendly against low lvl enemies and takes knowledge to bring her to high tiers.

so, if you want to reach the top mastery, then yes, you will need prime frames/weapons. Primes are basicly just slightly better versions of weapons and warframes, however just using items called "forma" on them will make them much better. Remember: Mods make the weapon, not vise-versa!
